Shipping Policy

When will you ship out my order?

Most of our orders are shipped within three to seven business days after purchase (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). We will attempt to process the order within 3 to 7 working days after receiving payment confirmation from the finance department. We use outsourcing carriers for transportation, with two options: 20-foot trucks and 40-foot trucks. If you need to track your order, you can contact our hotline at 012-7812993.

When will I receive my order?

Shipping times may vary (please check each product page for the specific lead time), but you should expect to receive your parcel within 3-7 working days after shipment processing. Dispatch times vary, and orders confirmed after the cut-off time (1:00 PM) will be processed the next working day.

How do I check the delivery lead time of a product?

Shipping to some postal codes and remote areas outside of Klang Valley may take longer. For more detailed information about delivery cycles, please contact our hotline at 012-7812993.

How much do you charge for delivery?

The transportation cost will vary depending on the region. Simply add the product to the shopping basket, and the delivery fee for that item will be displayed. If you add more items, the delivery fee may change.
